Great job at helping my sensitive 6 year old pick out a bike. The sales person made her feel comfortable and really listened to her concerns. He also figured out what kind of seat post I needed for an e-bike I purchased online.
the guys were very helpful with servicing my bike. I had several problems going on at once and they worked through them and gave me advice on how to handle things going forward. Really appreciate the communication and them not just replacing parts to try and fix the problems.

Phat tire has been great to us lately, we've both brought our bikes here to be serviced and the guys are super friendly and helpful. I was impressed how they answered questions and also broke down the price including tax so you're not surprised at pickup when you pay. They do good work here and so far this is the best place close to home I'll bring my bike. I loved the great quality grip tape too, still deciding on the new seat installed. Glad they have a thirty day return policy on new seats. I felt taken care of here and I was happy my bike was too, I'll definitely be back.
