The staff at Phat Tire was very courteous and accommodating. I came in the shop with no appointment with a repair that needed to be made in order to save my bicycle trip to Bella Vista. The bike technician was able to immediately look at my tire problem (valve stem) and fix it in a very short period of time. The problem got fixed and got back on the trail.
Service was prompt and friendly, and the price seemed reasonable.

Great personnel. People who have a passion for what they do. Not common anymore so it's refreshing. I'm barely an amateur trying to get active after years of desk piloting, but I know good C/S when I experience it. It is one of the saddest flags of this country to see such a lack of concern for earning one's paycheck no matter the job. Phat Tire was a good example of how it should be done.
