Service: my bike had a transmission issue and Ben fixed it right away. My brothers bike had a bigger transmission issue, which turned out to be the cassette and Ben fixed that one within an hour. The service is excellent. The service department is amazing and the shop has many accessories and things to take care of your needs. I highly recommend shopping at Phat Tire. They’re awesome and the staff really cares about their customer.

As a fellow shop owner from out of state I make sure to check out all of the shops in the area. One of my first visits was to your Bentonville store and the staff were super nice and helpful with telling us where to ride and start first. Fast forward 5 years later and love seeing you all expand into Bella Vista - I usually like to stay out here for a bit more peace and quiet as well as being connected to the paths on the back 40 - Your team Seth and Miles did a great job sorting out the issue as well as replacing a flat tire and I always snag a few items whenever I'm in town. You all are my usual go to among a few others and have always appreciated your storefront and staff.

Sometimes bike shop staff are snobby bastards that think they are better than everyone else. This is not true for Phat Tire, I am a heavily accented African immigrant that sometimes look like an Arkansas redneck, and the staff at the Rogers store always treats me like I am their only customer.
