Phat Tire stands behind their work. We asked them to put training wheels on a child's bike. A couple of months later there was a problem with the training wheels slipping, and they repaired the issue at no charge.
They also go the extra mile to solve problems. We needed to replace a kickstand, and the original part was no longer available. The manufacturer recommended a replacement part, but it didn't quite fit. They carefully ground the mounting piece on the replacement part until it fit. They did not charge us any extra labor fee for installing the replacement kickstand.

Low pressure sales process
Stellar experience at the Phat Tire Bentonville shop. I needed small repairs two times, and both times I was in and out in 15 minutes. Every staff person friendly and helpful. Next time I'll stay and have a beer.
