The guy that just moved here from Florida who worked on my bike was absolutely amazing. He even cleaned my bike so well after he fixed it. He was super helpful and attentive to all my questions. . I felt SO bad for him because he was “off work”. He had come in an hour early and all these people were there (including me) because the coffee shop hours are earlier. he gave of his off time To help all with such a cheerful attitude. Love this location!
I really like parking at Phat Tire Bella Vista as it is right near the trailhead for Tunnel Vision. I use their bike wash after each ride, and they have provided super fast repairs for me multiple tines to get me back on the trail!

On vacation in NWA and blew a back wheel and tire. They were able to get my wheel back up and running by the end of the day and got a rental while waiting, so trip was saved. Great service. Highly recommend.
I have had a lot of problems with the brake system on my bike and took it to Phat Tire as a last resort. They tested it first and then replaced the rotor and brake pads.
It may not be a long term fix but they certainly took the time to look into the issues. Moreso than the other bike shops.

Always friendly and well stocked. I bought both of my grandchildren’s bikes from Phat Tire in Tulsa and LOTS of accessories 😁. They even let me try out one of their e-bikes. I’m still thinking. About getting one.
