Melody was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to help me purchased the right bike for me and help my daughter-in-law to get her bicycle serviced.

I would thinks if your 10 days behind in servicing bikes, you could have a technician work a few extra hours to catch up. It took me 10 Irmo location working days to get my bike back and I was not emailed or called when it was ready?

Great service! When I was notified that my bike was done with service and I went to pick it up, the team was super professional. When they brought my bike out from the back, they noticed that the back brakes were a little tight so they adjusted them right away. Overall great experience.
