The Service staff was very knowledgeable and quickly came to a couple proposals for a major repair (replacement suspension fork). The work went faster than the expected date and I was notified of completion. I have yet to test the repair on the most rough trail, but a cursory inspection on pavement showed expected performance. I will continue to recommend your shop.
