My Fuel EX8 was recently serviced, new tubeless tires and chain. The bike was delivered with the rear tire flat! The shop reinflated the tire and it seemed OK. It went flat several times over the next 5 days. I returned it to find the valve stem was not installed properly. The technician even admitted that it was installed crooked but hoped it would not leak. The stem has been repositioned and I am waiting to see if the tire remains pressurized. The bike was serviced because I was participating in some long rides in Port Royal SC. Bad time to have such a problem. I have purchased 3 bikes from you in the past, I expect better service!
I have not ridden bike in a few years it was just sitting in my garage. I took it to outspoken to service it back to life (lol). They did an excellent job the bike rides like the first day I bought it. Thank you guys.

Outspokin has the best customer service. I always enjoy getting my bike repaired here, the staff are so helpful and always are willing to explain things that I don't understand. I really appreciate the honesty too; it is so reassuring to know I have a shop I can go to that I trust.
