I shop the Irmo location of Outspokin Bicycles. Very helpful staff when shopping for a new bike or biking gear for a long bike trip. The service department also does a great job. Appreciate Irmo location given it's proximity to Chapin, Prosperity, Newberry and the surrounding areas.
I think they provide the best e-bike service in the area. I was well taken care of both times I visited for service. They provided an estimate and completed service on time.

The service at the Irmo store have always being excellent. Cannot say the same for the service fellow at the Devine st. store. So I seldom visit the Devine st store. Perhaps the service load is much bigger at Devine. Although I noticed that Irmo store service have become much busier but always super nice.

I bought my trail bike from Outspokin in Irmo about four years ago. They have always serviced and repaired it since then because they provide excellent service at reasonable prices. If you need a bicycle, service or repair, try them and you will not be disappointed!!!

Quick servicing and fair price
They replaced my tires, tubes and hand grips. The replacements that they recommended were excellent choices. My ride was never as smooth.
So helpful and knowledgeable every time I go in for issues with my bike, despite not having bought it from there (got used). I will definitely buy my next bike there!!
