What a GREAT experience we had at the Irmo store! Was thinking about a E-bike but was not sure which one to get. Bryan, Matt, and Mike were very helpful. They asked about where we wanted to ride, the terrain we would ride most often and what features we wanted on a bike. They recommended two Velotric models to take out for a test drive. For our needs the Nomad checked every box! Smooth power assist, the ability to ride slow or fast, riding comfort, battery mileage, display visibility and a “find my” feature. That also recommended a great hitch rack that is super easy to load and unload.
They are always helpful, knowledgeable, and have never steered me wrong. This is why I have purchased eight bikes from them over the years!
