As requested, they sent an email with quotes and links. They also followed up some time later to see if they could be of assistance. Four months later I purchased a bike and they’ve continued to be very helpful.

Service was extremely fast! I was only looking around for a minute (probably looking confused) before an employee approached me and asked if I needed help.
