Great staff. Explained my problem and sold me an affordable, simple solution. Even aired my tires up for me. You still get treated well even if you’re not a hobbyist and you walk in with a cheap tool of a bike. I may not be able to afford the showroom stock, but I’ll definitely come to Outspokin for services when needed.
I am loyal to my local Outspoken bicycle shop, because they never fail to provide top-notch service and the best parts and machines. I take my bike to them twice a year for a tune-up, and the machine continues to perform as new.

Outspokin was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in the selection and equipping of a mountain bike. Martin listened and helped me decide which bike based on my interests and size. Next, he educated me on how to use the bike in different scenarios. Martin also fitted me for a new helmet and a couple of needed accessories. The bike rides smoothly for me because he made adjustments to the bike specific to me prior to leaving the store. The best part is Outspokin includes annual bike tune-ups for life. This will definitely be my go to place for service and accessories.
Everyone was super kind and helpful. I brought in an older bike thinking I might fix it up. They were honest about how much it would be and whether or not it was worth it given the age and now modest intrinsic value of the bike. I appreciate that they were not pushy. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go there. They know what they’re doing and, even more important, they’re good people.

We have lost track on how many bikes we have purchased from the Irmo location. Grandsons (2), son-in-law, daughter, and the biggest kid of all, me. The sales and repair staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable and welling to help, Matt has been especially helpful in heling e choose my first e-bike on our lates visit.
