I bought my 2007 Specialized Roubaix from Outspoken Bikes almost 20 years ago. I was thrilled to get it home. After many years of enjoyable rides, I finally lost the desire to ride and left my bike to gather dust in the garage. After I retired I decided to get back on the road. The guys at outspoken were so helpful replacing a few worn out parts: replacing tires, trueing up the wheels and making sure that the gears and the brakes work right. When I took the bike home it felt like I had traveled bake in time. My old bike felt just like it did when I took it home the first time. Thanks to all who helped to get my old bike back on the road!

I came in to use a gift card to purchase a new MTB cassette. Was warmly greeted by staff and immediately helped. You had an upgrade to the cassette I wanted in stock, so I bought that! Never have an issue with purchasing anything at this location.
Excellent service department and friendly staff! My Litespeed bike was making different clicking noises when I was riding. After taking it to the Irmo Outspokin store for diagnosis and repairs, it is now whisper quiet when I am riding and seems to ride better than new. I was also very pleased at how quickly I was able to get my bike back, so I did not miss many days of riding. Thanks for the great service!!!
