Unbelievable service, every small business should model their service after these guys. I wasn’t certain I’d make it down by the time they closed to pick my new bike, so I called, they ensured they’d be around.
When I got there I needed a bike rack, they installed and demonstrated. They took the time to explain the nuances of my bike. Stayed 30 minutes after closing time to make sure I was confident with my new ride.
In this day and age of clocking in/out, this was a refreshing experience.

Outstanding customer service. I think I worked with Jake and he was awesome. He listened, helped me fix my problem, and taught me how to make the simple preventative maintenance on my own. I don’t remember his name but I believe it was Bryan. He was took his time and helped me find the tubeless right rim strips for my mountain bike, gave me pointers including a demonstration. IMT has a great employee and his expertise and kindness was very much appreciated!
