Bike store people are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, listened to me well, and sold me the bike that worked best for me. I love my new bike. The service is complete, timely, and the staff always let me know the cost before they do the work. The service is completed, usually before promised, and they do it right. If they don't get it right, they make it good at no additional cost. By my way of thinking, it is the best bike store in town. I never go anywhere else.

I was prepared to schedule my bike for the complete overhaul service, and had they performed this I would never have questioned the cost. The technician instead took the time to explain, not only why my bike didn't need the more expensive service, but also what would be included in the service he recommended and why.
This not only demonstrates to me the thoroughness of their knowledge but also the regard they have for their customers. When I bring my bike to them again, I feel confident that the service or parts they say it needs, it definitely needs.
