As a year-round commuter, I depend on my bike to get me everywhere. When I need repairs, components, or even just advice, the people at IMT always welcome me and treat me with respect. And they always get me back on the road as fast as they can.
On my last visit, I came in with a broken chain. Within minutes, someone had my bike up on a stand, offering to fix it while I waited. That really helped me out, saving me a long walk home.
