Competent repair people.
Freddy handled my bike cleaning and tuneup. He’s obviously a master at what he does and he’s also great with people. He went above and beyond to get me ready to get back out on my bike.
Helpful and professional customer service.
The service team and the service are complete, with the team being proactive in taking care of my bikes’ needs. This service is greatly appreciated.
They do good work
Love the service here! Always getting taken care of right away and quick service!
A friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know the technology and are very eager to help.
Wide selection one stop bike shop, friendly environment, excellent sales (Camron) and service (Ed). I bought 5 bikes here in the last 4 years and all served me well.
I met Jay yesterday for the first time having trav over from the UK. As an Elite Masters Cyclist with numerous races in Europe on the horizon I needed a top end road bike to train on whilst here and Jay not only dealt with supplying me with one it was a Pinarello F which I race on at home. Furthermore, he took me to a meeting and my hotel later with the bike. Best customer service I’m encountered. Will promote Helen’s to my fellow racers when I get home so they know where to go to in LA
The service is the best and the people are the most helpful. Moved away from the area and hadn't been back in awhile. They actually remembered me from over 5 plus years. They provided great work at a very reasonable rate.
Friendly service and quality products
Great experience
Working with Adam to buy my daughter's bike was an absolute pleasure.
Wilbert is the best! Luv going back to Helen’s, it was where I started 12 years ago falling in love w long distance cycling.
Yesterday, I got the Ultra-Tune-up and, as usual, they did a very thorough job and made my bicycle look new again. They finished my tune-up the same day that I dropped off my bike. When I got home, two neighbors noticed the bike and how it looked like new and said they should probably take their bikes to Helen's as well.
John P Schmal
The mechanic was very sweet and super fast at changing my tires. Cameron was super helpful with my new night lighting for my bike as well.
Effective, friendly, efficient service and a great selection of gear.
Great selection for every budget! But what made my visit absolutely 11/10 was Johnny! I had a blast buying from him. Absolute legend. He must be protected at all costs.
I've purchased several bicycles over the years at Helens. The Helens team is excellent! I really appreciate the diverse inventory of a broad array of excellent bicycles. I've always had pleasant experiences with the sales staff. The service personnel are excellent. Check them out! You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly.
I came in with my 4 year old needing help with sizing in his first real bike. Johnny was so great with him and me - made him feel comfortable trying out all the bikes and walked me through all the options. There was no pressure, just fun and guidance as we figured the right bike for him. We left with an awesome bike plus streamers and a basket. We’re both thrilled.
The people that work there are nice and helpful
Love the the customer service, personal care, product knowledge and professionalism.
Helen's was my first pick for renting a bike over the weekend since it's local. Adam was incredibly helpful making sure that the flat kit was in place and offering extra air for the rental.
I rode from LA to LV on the bike with no issues at all. I myself own a supersix and it was fun to ride the green colorway!
Thank you for helping get our bike ready for summer. Much appreciated.
From your sales personnel to service, they are all so helpful.
