Good service
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable; however, the service people didn’t call me when they were done. I just had a tire that needed to be fixed and it took 3 days. I had to call them. Also, they said I needed a new tire because my tubeless tire wasn’t sealed. I bought a new tire, but it still wasn’t sealed. These things happen and I like the people at Helen’s. Just letting you know my frustration with the situation. Thanks

Be closer! Hard to recommend a bike shop all the way across the country but I’ve been looking for a frame to build my gravel bike and Helen’s Cycles came through.
Service guys are really friendly and great mechanics. Even during Covid, they managed to get everything done in a good time. When other shops had estimates of two months for a service. Manager Scott was very personally invested in making sure the customer was happy.

Well, I found a set of hard-to-find pedals on your site. Ordred them, and received a phone call about 4-5 hours later telling me that you "inventory was incorrect" and that you didn't actually have the pedals and I would be issued a refund. So...
They were great, listened to my needs and found me the exact bike I needed and wanted.
Been coming there for over a year. Best bike store in town.
Staff. Professional, good listeners. Almost always (prior to COVID) had everything I was looking for in stock. Service dept always delivered on time. Been a customer for 30 years

Adam Lasky is the best. Our family has been purchasing our bicycles and accessories from Helen’s in Santa Monica for over 40 years, and while we no longer live in the area and have other local bike shops, we still frequent Helen’s in Santa Monica because of Adam. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always of service. We appreciate his kindness and patience. If Adam was to leave, we would consider taking our business elsewhere.
