Repair took longer than promised, mainly due to bicycle being lost during repair period.
Work on my bicycle was quick and the results were above what I expected at the price point. I'm looking for a replacement upgrade within the next three months and iMartin and the products they carry will definitely be part of my decision process, knowing my selection and it's lifespan will be placed in their hands.
I. Martin has been my go-to bike shop for three decades and I still get a thrill every time I step through the door! They do a fantastic job curating the best available bikes and accessories and the service department is top notch. Staff is always helpful, offering deep bike wisdom hard earned on the roads and trails. Ranks with Backbone Trail and the Hollywood Bowl as my gold-silver-bronze favorite places in Los Angeles.

You have been there throughout the pandemic, no easy task. Does this say something about reliability?
Also, Wilber once again has come through for us. Our bikes mean a lot to us and he knows that and takes good care of them for us. He's a treasure alright.
