Well I was given the incorrect inner tubes when I actually brought in the rims. I really hope they give me another for the one that popped since it was bunched up. Also time to have normal hours again .. I went to take back inner tubes & they were closed!!

Everyone was nice, friendly, and attentive, and the representative I worked with made an adjustment on the day I picked up the bike!
They high end products, but not the extreme high end.
Bike service is now available only Wed-Friday, for 5.50 hours/day. It's very limited. Resume with Saturday availability..
Very competent and professional service and sales staff/team.
The level of service was great and the employees were very cordial but the prices they charged for a minor repair and adjustment was very high!!
Overall, the staff is extremely professional, courteous and the most friendly bunch. They will go beyond normal duty to make their customer happy and satisfied. There was a slight mix up in my repair order, and the staff took care of it, without any questions nor hesitations. Thank you guys.

Friendly costumer service
Your guys try to be helpful. Your service triage guy went out of his way to inquire about any problems in addition to the flat tire I needed to have repaired. When I mentioned trouble with the shifter, he said they would take a look and wrote down my description of the problem. Then when the bike was returned to me, he had me take a short ride to be sure the shifter was working properly. All this at his initiative, not mine!

I was very pleased with the gentleman I met I got there early not knowing what time they opened and he went ahead and let me in and sold me a Garman to replace the one that was stolen the day before I’m on my way to Chicago and New York City after riding from Fort Worth to Los Angeles so thanks again and I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name but he was very friendly and very helpful
Nick was awesome. He checked out all the specifications to make sure our 2 electric bikes would fit on the bike rack we were purchasing. He set up and installed the bike rack on our car. He was so kind, caring and made the whole process a delight. You are fortunate to have him working with you.
