I received excellent customer service from Scott Campbell on 3/9/2020. He helped me purchase cycling shoes and pedals and was very knowledgeable. He even called around to see if other bike stores carried a certain helmet I wanted in a color they didn’t have on hand. I would definitely return for other future cycling needs.
The bike repair workshop was very helpful. Sam gave some good tips on changing a flat rear tire.

The service was exceptional! The guys went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. The part I needed was not in stock. They were going to order it for me. When they saw how bummed I was that it would take 7days to get the part. They took one off of a piece of equipment they had and sold it to me. You don’t see customer service like that much anymore!
The store was a great helping replace my road bike after loosing mine in the camp fire. Every time I go in they always have great customer service. I choose to not shop at other stores since they have provided such a great experience every time I go in.
This is probably the best bike shop I’ve ever dealt with. They have quality equipment, and they are very knowledgeable. We bought two electric bikes today from them. I have no regrets. Very happy.

I dropped off my bike for a tune-up. It was handled very professionally. I knew exactly what was going to be done and received an estimated price. When I went to pick it up, all the work was done and the service person went over exactly what they did and what I should expect in the next few rides and when to bring it back.
I was very happy with my service.

Nice store atmosphere, good selection, Trek Project 1 color paint chips / examples and specific Trek Project 1 section (albeit small).
My girlfriend and i stopped by Folsom Bike just to look and ask some questions, as we have not ridden bicycles in many years.Travis was great! He was very patient and answered all of our questions.We ended up purchasing 2 new bicycles,helmet, and some accessories. I was so pleased with the excellent service that i drove back to the store (Over an hour from our house and past at least 3 different bike shops) to drop off my 12 year old Diamondback for a tune up and tire/tube replacement. They not only replaced the tires and tubes,but tuned the bike to perfection! I handed it down to my son in better operating condition than when it was new! They even washed the bike which was coated in cobwebs and 8 years of dust. Folsom Bike will be seeing us in the future for all of our cycling needs

I had a great conversation with Scott about the bike I was interested in and even though I expressed I was comparing to the competition, it was still a very friendly experience and test ride. They allowed me to make up my mind on my timetable with no high pressure sales tactics.
Thought I made it for the February bike tune up special, but I guess because it was completed in March-no go!
