Service was very good except one thing. At the time I dropped off the bike I requested to have my brakes adjusted, but when I got home after I picked it up I realized that the brakes were not adjusted -- very disappointing!

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Eddy's. Mike was great.
The only thing I'm not happy about is the difference in tires between my wife's bike (XS) and my bike (L). I didn't notice the difference until we got home. Her bike has the Bontrager H5 COMP which is a bit more aggressive than my CHAO YANG. On Trek's website, they show the H5 COMP as the tire that is listed on their Specs. Mike explained that the manufacturer has a disclaimer on their site that they can substitute parts etc based on manufacturer availability, which I then read. I understand this, but the tires on our bikes are different in their design, mine is smooth while hers has small knobs on both edges. I don't feel that this is a comparable replacement on Trek's part, and I plan on calling or writing Trek to voice my displeasure.
Other than that, everything is great, especially Mike.

Came to check out your line of E-bikes. Are sales people on the 2 days were very informative, patient, etc…. Helping us learn about the bikes without feeling pressured into buying one. The service personnel were able to make some additions to my bike so I could take it home the day of purchase. We live 1 hour 20 min. Away, so that was important to us. So far, the Gazelle is wonderful.

I took my wife’s e-bike in for service. She recently purchased the bike at Eddies months ago and was having issues with the bike shifting. They kindly resolved the issue with shifting and notified me that the repairs were complete for no additional fee.
Chris was much help in helping determine the best bike rack for me. Chris M was also most helpful when picking up the rack and instructions on how to use it. Very pleased.
