I was looking for a replacement carbon seatpost due to a crack in the one I had. While Eddie's didn't have one in stock, the service mechanic was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I did find a very nice bottle cage.

Just began to really ride again this year after a forty year hiatus. A close friend recommended your shop and I'm very happy that I followed up. Everyone at the Willoughby shop is genuinely warm and more knowledgeable than I could imagine. I'm circling in on getting a new bike, and all my questions have been addressed with patience and without a hard sell. When the time comes to spring for the new bike Eddy's will be my destination.

Service and inventory. Had a flat. Man at the counter checked the stock, explained that he had the right tube and tire. Told me it would take 15 minutes to change the tire. Done in less than 10. And was courteous the whole time.
