Josh was excellent and took the time to let me ride a couple of bikes, to be sure the fit was correct. He also patiently went through the advantages and disadvantages of several different bikes in which I had interest. He explained the differences between the price ranges and didn't push me into a higher price range. (I actually had a wide price range and he started at the low end with a couple excellent choices.) I did end up buying at the high end of my range, but only because I could, and there were a couple of upgrades at that level that I really liked. taking the bikes for a spin helped cinch my choice.

I can’t say enough about my recent bike purchase! I am a newcomer to hybrid bikes so I had A LOT of questions. Erik was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. He gave me suggestions for the bike(s) he thought would be good for me based on the type of riding I would be doing. Once I decided on the bike, it was given a safety check and I picked it up the next day. Erik was very thorough reviewing how to bed the brakes, clean and maintain the chains, and general information about my bike. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to Eddie’s!

Had a great experience buying a New Trek Mountain Bike. My salesman Matt was excellent in explaining the features on two bikes that I was looking at. I ended up purchasing the Trek Merlin 8. Beautiful bike that is so much fun to ride. This is the 4th bike I have purchased from Eddy’s going back to 1988. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!
