We had a great experience working with Dean Drake...he helped us with purchasing a bike for our daughter. She is a cancer survivor and Dean worked directly with our daughter asking and answering questions. He explained how the bike worked and went through all of the operational needs of the bike. It was pretty obvious of her interest in the bike and Dean talked in laymen's terms so she was comfortable with everything. Our daughter has used a lot of different types of equipment in her recovery process, and her new Recumbent Bike has already produced, "significant new first's" that we enjoy and are grateful for...Thank You
