The repair technician replaced 2 tires and had my bike ready in 15 minutes. I don't know his name but I think he was in his 20's with long black hair. He was very polite and did a great job!

Service department has been really cool to deal with. My local shops, unfortunately, don’t want to do anything to any bikes that weren’t sold by them. They will gladly take your money for anything else but will refuse to even touch suspension, swap parts, etc. I’ve not had that issue with Eddy’s, period. And last time I was in I witnessed a random act of kindness from one of the technicians with some kids. It’s great to see this type of thing! Keep up the great work!!!
