Great customer service, and doing the best they can to get bikes for their customers (despite bike shortages everywhere due to the pandemic) . Weekly email communication updating the arrival dates for new bikes is helpful. The shop feels very clean, and safety protocols are clearly in place to keep customers and staff safe during the pandemic.
