The other day I had a question about the setup on my bike and one of the guys put my bike on the stand, did a whole systems check on the drive train. Must have taken 10-15 minutes or so. He tweeked a few things while explaining what he was doing. I left the shop with my bike that was in better condition than when I arrived. The kicker was that he didn't charge me for the work even though I offered! you dont see that very often. I would have given a score of 11 if it was available.

I like you folks and you’ve helped me get things I need when others couldn’t or wouldn’t. It’s also a cool rarity that you’re a multi-generation family business. Trouble is there’s also a peculiar “crankiness” or distance in the customer experience that I’ve gotten used to over the years, but that can be off-putting. When I refer friends to your shop, I feel like it’s necessary to warn them about this.
Maybe try walking into an Apple Store and thinking about the experience. It’s inviting, friendly, exciting even. Then, imagine you’re a new customer at your own store — is it inviting, friendly, and exciting? In my view, the design of the interaction between customer and merchandise or customer and staff is substantially different. This is not about white walls and slick tables; rather it’s about feeling welcome to engage with the people and things that are there.

Super friendly people with very good advice based on my needs. I got an awesome e-bike from them and they even answered all my questions on how to use it, plus they installed some addons which make my life a lot easier
