E erroneous was very friendly and helpful.
I have been a Chain Reaction customer for many years. I like that it is a family owned business. I like that they really know there stuff. Plus they are fast. If I have something that needs to be fixed they often are able to fix it right on the spot. But most of all I like the team. They are just good people!
I like that Chain Reaction has all the maintenance records on my bike, so I don't have to remember what I replaced when. Employees listen to my inquiries, and try to help people with the right price-point they are looking for. Should out to Lexi & Becky!

Mike and his team always take good care of my Trek bikes. I have purchased several hybrid Trek bikes and they make a point to make sure the bike that you are purchasing is the correct size for each customer. They make adjustments so the fit is just right before you take your new bike home.
Additionally, if your bike needs service after the sale, they are there for you when you need help. In this day and age, they go above and beyond what many businesses do to keep you a satified customer. Great job to the CR team!!

Mike and Steve and the CR staff are super-knowledgeable and friendly. All their policies are great, their prices are fair, and they feature a full line-up of Trek bikes. Seriously, don't purchase your bike online, it can lead to unexpected difficulties, and then you don't have the benefit of the CR staff's excellent reduced-price service and expertise. Can't recommended these folks enough!

Mike is very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I had a bent rear derailleur hanger with my road bike, and Mike explained the problem and possible solutions to me in a way that I can understand. I felt comfortable leaving my bike to someone like Mike
