Very friendly staff, very informative - took the time to answer all my questions and teach me about different aspects of bikes and accessories, offer fair prices and provided all the services and adjustments necessary to set up my new bike.

You have a good selection, the turn round time was like 1 hour. You are very close to me and the staff was available and knowledgeable. It seems bicycle shops are disappearing. You have been in business for years. That makes after purchase support and service less of a worry. Bike are really not user serviceable anymore.

I like the personalized care that addresses my particular needs and interests and I appreciate that they don't try to sell me things I don't need. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me to products. I bought my current bicycle through them taking advantage of their suggestions and it is by far the best bike I have ever owned.

The staff are genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. I picked up a bike they had shipped in and they were exceptionally catering to my needs and questions.
The store was clean and well laid out. The communication from when I ordered the bike online up until delivery was excellent. They truly go above and beyond in regard to catering to the customer.

I like that they check your bike with what you need professional assistance greatest privilege is to help someone one who needs it.
