Quality service with a personal touch
The staff are genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. I picked up a bike they had shipped in and they were exceptionally catering to my needs and questions.
The store was clean and well laid out. The communication from when I ordered the bike online up until delivery was excellent. They truly go above and beyond in regard to catering to the customer.

I like that they check your bike with what you need professional assistance greatest privilege is to help someone one who needs it. And so I appreciate, and I tell my friends all the time not urgent but if they need a lock a bike some assistance through getting something done in regards to there bike’s chain reaction is the place to go. 3) creativity in complex modifications I needed to make on a bike I could not have figured out myself
4) reasonable and competitive pricing on everything from simple replacing a spoke to complex redoingthe drive train and gear system for the bike
5) an excellent selection of state-of-the-art bikes featuring Trek and other brands, high-end bikes beach cruisers and e-bikes are all available

I love this bike store! I value a place that has been around for decades & is family owned & run. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The selection of bikes is varied & there is something for everyone. You don't have to be a professional racer type to be treated respectfully. Thank you for being there.
