The staff are genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. I picked up a bike they had shipped in and they were exceptionally catering to my needs and questions.
The store was clean and well laid out. The communication from when I ordered the bike online up until delivery was excellent. They truly go above and beyond in regard to catering to the customer.

I like that they check your bike with what you need professional assistance greatest privilege is to help someone one who needs it.
