Very personalized service. Charlie was exceptionally helpful in getting our 9 year old grandson started on a new bike (never ridden a bike before). He adjusted the bike for fit and then guided him on several trips up and down their sidewalk, explaining bicycle riding basics. Charlie was extremely positive, which helped alleviate our grandson's anxiety. With a few home lessons on our driveway, he has become very comfortable riding and can't wait to get home from school so he can ride. It is because of this experience that I returned and purchased a full suspension mountain bike for myself. Great service and a great staff!!
