Knowledgeable cycling folk.
Your staff is the best! I had a problem develop during a ride yesterday afternoon (March 7) and thought I would try to drop bike off to get in line for repair. Chris diagnosed the problem and was able to repair while I waited and (I might add) shopped for a new helmet. After about half an hour, fixed bike and new helmet were back on the road.

Beautiful store and friendly service
The inventory was limited and it seemed that transferring inventory from another store was the solution. I searched on the web for lights that were in stock, but what I found at the Cahaba heights store was very limited compared to the web.
Always available when I have questions, needs and service. I have been using them for a few years with no complaints.

You guys are pros at servicing & maintaining bikes. Even brands that you don't sell (like mine). The turnaround for tune-ups is normally very fast.

Really nice experience recently. Brought my bike in for a general service and ask questions about some equipment interests. Tom was knowledgeable and really comfortable, not pushy at all.
