Very good experience with the service department. We had a miscommunication about the work to be done on my bike, and Ben the service manager took it on himself to make it right on the spot when I picked up.

Merchandise variety. Knowledgeable staff and friendly customer service.
Mr. Vice was so kind and took the time to understand my issue and respond by recommending multiple great options for me to choose from while discussing the pros and cons of each option. He helped me get excited about improving my bike and the kindness of the bike community as a whole. Thanks, Mr. Vice and Cahaba Cycles!

Awesome shop with some awesome service. My son needed some brake work and bike alignment and they had it done the same day. Very knowledgeable staff and I doubt I’ll ever use a different bike shop.
