Kenny was extremely helpful and even though I'm a total noob, he didn't speak down to me or make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. Worked me in for a quick inspection of a used bike I had bought and got me set up super quickly. Ran me through some basic upkeep practices and recommended some products to do it with. Never felt pressured to buy anything he mentioned, but I kept notes in my phone to look into them as I progress in my riding. Can't thank him enough for a great experience and all the advice.
Even though it's an hour drive for me, I'll be coming back for any further maintenance or repairs.
Love that you guys are located so close to Oak Mountain state park. When my bike broke down in the park, yall were there to repair it on short notice! Also, had an ebike rental available to use while repairing my bike. Everyone in my bike club (Bramba) speaks highly of Cahaba Cycle!

Staff at the Homewood shop were very helpful identifying a solution for a dead battery on an electric bike brand they did not carry. This also led to a fitting session with John Karrasch for my bike which was thorough and very helpful. Have always had good service from all Cahaba Cycle shops !

The service was fantastic. The whole process was super easy. The bike was ok. I just wish y’all offered a FS e-bike. 3 days of riding a hardtail was rough on the body. Hopefully y’all can add smalls to your rental lineup soon :)
