I've been a customer of big Bear for a number of years now and they always have time to talk through purchases and offer sound advice without pushing for a sale. It doesn't matter whether its an inner tube or a once in lifetime dream bike they take the time to ensure it's right for you and they continue that with their after sales service.
The product I wanted was out of stock, but I was able to order, and I was emailed a few days later that it had arrived. Excellent.

Was able to try the bike without any sales pressure. The sales man was very friendly and allowed me a test drive. Answered my husbands questions.
I had a try in the car park but then went back half an hour later and he let me take it out on the the road to test drive.
Very good for the fact that it asa walk assist on the bike so being electric makes it easier to push.
Very knowledgeable about many types of bike. Prepared bike for sale the day we were going on holiday including shortening seat stem, shortening bars etc with no notice. Very good after sales service. Friendly team. Open late on Tuesday so enabling after work drop off/pick up etc
