Once product arrived took time to run through everything to ensure I knew what I was doing and how to operate the various functions, etc. Will be back, top notch product selection and great customer service.

I was offered a good solution, the mechanics team completed the job quickly and I was informed straight away. The work was a great price and I am extremely happy with the repair. Was looking for a bike for my 11 year old son and was very impressed by the service and guidance from Oliver at Big Bear Bikes as i didnt know where to start as there was so much variety to choose from.
After deciding on the Trek Marlin 4 XS this was built,tested before collection i was also impressed by the after sales service as after 6 weeks you have the opportunity to recalibrate the bike at no extra charge and an in depth discussion on keeping your bike in tip top condition and the do,s and dont,s on maintenance.High recommend a visit of you are looking for a bike or accessories.
