Very good, we were looking for a cycling hydration pack for my wife, unfortunately there were none on the shop floor however Alex was extremely helpful and showed us options on the computer.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly with top customer service, any issues i have or anything i want bike related i always bring it to these guys. always a pleasure to put money in a buissness were you get everything you want or need in return. If you want a new bike or whatever it may be bike related i would always recommend big bear bikes whether for myself or others👍

Quality bikes and excellent service
All the products are great. My wife’s bike was just out of warranty and the Bosch motor failed. We weren’t happy after spending a lot of money on a bike which really hadn’t done anything and it was going to cost a lot of money. Bbb got in touch with Bosch and after 4 weeks of waiting Bosch sent at new motor foc. A big thank you to bbb workshop and Ollie for sorting this.
Great range of products from first bikes to advanced options and everything in between. They have all the extra options to add to your bike from pedals and handle bars to helmets and gloves and clothing. Very friendly and helpful staff who have a fountain of knowledge about bikes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike with great customer service and a backup service to ensure your bike is safe and healthy.
