The guys at Big Baer Bikes knocked it out of the park again! Everyone in the shop is a genuine cycling enthusiast. I’ve been using their service for a few years now and they’ve never let me down once. They’re always ready with great advice on maintenance, upgrades, gear, and keeping up with the latest bike tech.
Their customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Super friendly, polite, and they always keep you updated via phone or email. I honestly can’t imagine taking my bike anywhere else. I buy all my gear here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
They're everything you need them to be, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, they don't try to sell you something that's not suitable, they know their trade, they have a range of products to suit everyone, the bike i bought was at the lower end of the scale but still a quality build and just as important to the staff, i would recommend anyone to go there.

The shop itself has a designer shop feel to it, therefore you expect quality and that’s what you get, from the standard of wares, to the knowledgeable and skilled staff. Great bike shop all round!
Recently attended with my son to get a bike, the member of staff we were with was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and gave us pros and cons for each bike. At no point did we feel like he was trying to upwsell which was great as my son was putting some of his own money towards the bike.
