Rich was really helpful, encouraged me to try the next size up on a bike which actually turned out to be a better fit and it was no trouble for me to try out a gravel bike Id also been considering instead of a hardtail (although it was quickly dismissed as I could immediately tell it was a terrible fit). I was kept informed about my order progress whilst waiting for it to be delivered and I also got a follow up call the day after I'd picked it up to check that everything was OK. Just really good service all round.

They are always ready to offer great advice and keep you updated on the latest trends and innovations in the cycling world. What I appreciate most is that they recommend products they’ve actually tested themselves, so you know you’re getting honest feedback.
The service department is equally phenomenal. The mechanics are top, I’ve never been disappointed, and every job has been completed 100% correctly with total transparency. No fluff, just high quality work.

And when collecting the bike, was given a really thorough run through on using, cleaning etc. A purchase for my 14 year old son who is absolutely loving his new Trek mountain bike.
