Staff member I dealt with was very helpful. I was also at the downtown location earlier that day and they were also very helpful but the items I was looking for were at the North Van location. They offered to have the items delivered to the downtown store but I wanted them that day. Overall very good experience in both stores.

BSP is my go-to, it’s a massive location with loads of products to choose from. Decent prices as well! I find the staff there to be helpful and informative on the products they carry.

I am i a process of converting folding bike into electric and found most of the bike shop staff
clueless about the bike parts. This time was different , your mechanic was knowledgable and
informative , very kind and friendly .He solved my technical problem in mere 15 minutes.

Great customer service
I used to buy bike parts & accessories at MEC excusively. Now they are pricing themselves out of the market & often don't have items in stock.
In two visits to BSP so far I have not seen those problems!

The sales and technician people are friendly and accommodating. They gave me an estimate of the work to be done and followed through with the repairs as agreed. The only thing I would like to see done differently is for the technician to have gone through all the repairs that were done to the bike. He told me the bike was basically "rebuilt" and left it at that. While I was not surprised by the total of the bill ($550) – because they had told me what it would cost – I still would have liked him to go through it so I would have a complete understanding of all that was repaired.
