After leaving your shop the second time the belt on my belt drive came loose and sputtered causing the belt to shred.
So I paid $80+ to have a new axle rod put on + $50 with shipping for a new belt + pay someone additional to install the belt that is more familiar with this belt system.

Izzy and Michael were very helpful with getting me fit on the bike, and helped me get the bike prepped to hit the road right away. The mechanics were quick with their work and overall it was a great experience.
I ordered my bike on a Thursday, and it was ready to pick up by Saturday. The employees who I spoke with in the store were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful! They made sure I was ready to ride my bike right out of store. I would highly recommend Bicycle Habitat to anyone buying a new bike!

Libby is wonderful and incredibly skilled. She finds solutions for problems on the spot, she is patient and a very good listener. It's a pleasure to witness someone who is so good at what they are doing. The mechanic who worked on my bike was Mike. The bike feels like a brand new one right now, so Mike did a great job. I could not be happier with the service Bicycle Habitat offers.

I have been a bicycle habitat customer since 1995.
For years Hal was the only person who ever touched my bike.
He and Charlie transformed cycling in NY and supported TA to become what it is.
Yesterday I spent $344 on a tune up, new cassette and chain.
and still have salt marks and crud on my frame, back light and seat. Really?!
It makes me wonder what was done.
I love this place. Sad to have remorse about something that should make you so very happy.
Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Getting a bike box packing lesson from Miike was the best and relieved my anxiety over this task more than any DIY YouTube video ever could. Installing impossibly tight Schwalbe tires with no advance appointment needed was also a great stress reliever.
Looking forward to the day when we can enter the store like the good old days.
