You have excellent service
Mike was a great technician! He worked diligently to change the brake pads on either end of my bike. He even took it out for a spin to make certain that it was good to go. Really appreciate the effort and the fact that the awful screeching sound is gone! :)

I've been to the Vanderbilt location a lot. The service is very good, the staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere to buy my most recent bike because you all didnt have it, the staff still helped me quite a bit in picking it out and finding where to get it. I will certainly continue getting my upgrades and tune ups here!
I came in for a tire and tube install for my rear wheel. The tube punctured a few hours later because of an issue with the install. I brought it back the next day for a replacement and they were able to do it for free, which I really appreciated. Would obviously have preferred to not have to go back a second time for the same issue, but they were fast, reasonably priced, and didn't give me a hard time about installing another tube for free.

The bike mechanics are always top notch and I appreciate the wonderful job they do with my bike every time I bring it in. I had a less than welcoming interaction with some of the sales reps/customer service reps when I had some questions, and that is why I am only giving this interaction a 7. A bit of improvement with bedside manner and some empathy can go a long way when it comes to serving the community, especially when we are paying a high price for these services.
Convenient and comprehensive
I talked to Rick at the Park Slope bicycle habitat location and he was excellent! Rick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. It was a pleasure to work with him to pick some gear and hear about his experience with it.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and I appreciated the expedited service. There was a little slippage -- I had called in advance and been told I could have a tune-up that same day. When I arrived, I was told I would need an appointment. But the situation was quickly rectified, and everyone including the sales people and the mechanic was very responsive. My bike rides beautifully, and I'm very happy with the accessories I purchased. Thank you!
