The associate who helped me find a bike helmet did a fantastic job! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He even brought out his own helmet for me to try and that's the one I went with and then your team ordered it there. GREAT JOB!

When I picked up the bicycle, the person working with me and my son was officious and not helpful.
This bike belong to my late husband who passed away in October. I asked the bike shop when I brought it in to bring it up to standard after my husband had a tragic bike accident.
I was given initial quote of $79 and when I picked the bike up the bill was $143. When I asked for the handlebars to be adjusted to my sons height, this person said that wasn’t included in the fee. It seemed to me to be a simple adjustment to raise or lower the handle bars but not according to this person. I felt I was overcharged and his attitude, considering the loss of my husband was very uncaring and unsympathetic.
My husband bought his bike at the shop and was a loyal customer. Regretfully, I will never use this bike shop again.

I totally understand that an LBS needs to charge more than an online retailer and it was great that you had the parts I wanted in stock, but this purchase was $165 whereas the exact same stuff is available online for $97. That a very large premium.
