Very friendly staff and good, reliable repairs.
Very very helpful service. Really didn’t know what we were doing or looking for and the sales clerk went above and beyond to both answer questions and give advice when we didn’t know what questions to ask.

I almost always get unsolicited advice when I shop at your bike shops. I wouldn't recommend any shop that is going to assume that I need advice that I didn't ask for or that doesn't follow specific questions about my biking behavior and needs.
How is it $40 to tighten one break?
Matt, Antonio and everyone at Bicycle Habitat have made me feel at home right from the moment I sent the first email asking for information and even more when I walked through the door.
The care, knowledge and understanding they have shown my bike and me have no comparison. I am a customer for as long as I ride in my life.
