This system of rating doesn’t work. I’m perfectly happy, delighted in fact with your organization!! Somehow a 5 popped up and I can’t change it to very likely. Fix it, train me how to use it or stop sending it.
Great people & great products. I stopped in with my wife to buy a helmet. I found a great helmet and new bicycles for both of us. Suzanne was very helpful!
Personal touch with Shop staff knowing my name and helping me find what I need for my specific bike packing trip. Ben sticks out as very knowledgeable and personable and a reason to pick this location over other shops. I would say Ben is the main reason I bought the last bike I purchased that I did not know I needed after being introduced to gravel grinding and seeing his bike setup. I am involved with Scouts and one of the hires was a great kid and Eagle Scout from our troop which is really awesome.
More reasonable prices. And welcome new customers, even if everyone is busy with another customer. Let them know how long they might be, or at least find out why they are there.
Every service was done correctly and in a timely manner. I am very happy to have my bicycle tuned up for the summer time! Thank y’all!

Great service! Fixed my bike gears and changed tire in less then 20 min. Excellent!
I dropped my daughters bike off for service and ended up spending $185 for needed repairs and service. During my visit to drop off my daughter’s bike I had a few questions about changing the tires on my bike. The ladies working seemed more interested in completing their inventory on the computer than answering questions about tires. I ended up leaving without my tire questions being answered and I was a little frustrated. I went to REI and got my questions answered and bought new tires and tubes for my bike. I will no longer bring my bicycles to your company for service or repair. I want to support local businesses but I don’t like being made to feel that my business isn’t needed. I wish your business the best of luck in the future.

The quality, assistance, and knowledge available there makes it a one stop shop. I’m no pro rider, and don’t plan to be. I like my cruiser with a basket that I can ride to the store, and on the Greenway, and I was able to get just that.

Great customer service! Workers are friendly, professional, and have great communication. They have quick turnaround!! I carried my bike in on Tuesday and they had the job done by Thursday. I was able to ride my bike that weekend at the Wet Dog triathlon to a KOM on the bike course. Highly recommend!! A+
