Took my bike in expecting to have to drop it off. Mechanic came out and took the time to check it out while I was there and fixed the problem while I waited. Charge was more than fair. Great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff seems to be snarky and passively aggressive sometimes.
Chris went above and beyond to mail me a hard to find part, which he had in inventory. Most shops wouldn't do that. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. Michelle is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I haven’t had to have any work done on my new e-bike, but in the past a had a road bike and I was very pleased with the customer service and the work and fitting on the bike.
