All of the folks at Bicycle Cove have been a joy to work with and have patiently and enthusiastically worked with my family to get the bike that best fits all of our needs . They are knowledgeable and have made recommendations that have opened up an entire new world of adventure for us . The staff seems to be snarky and passively aggressive sometimes.
Chris went above and beyond to mail me a hard to find part, which he had in inventory. Most shops wouldn't do that. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. Michelle is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I haven’t had to have any work done on my new e-bike, but in the past a had a road bike and I was very pleased with the customer service and the work and fitting on the bike.

Product line “trek bike” is very good. Inventory in store needs to be improved. As a couple we purchased 2 trek bicycles and wanted some add ons like rack mount bag. The store only had one in stock. Wanted handle bar end mounted mirror. The store only had one.
We were going to get new helmets but.
Great store. We have bought two bikes from Bicycle Cove and have been very satisfied with their products. We have also had bicycle repair and maintenance performed by their technicians. What's really nice is they can often perform maintenance and repair while your wait, and it never takes a great deal of time. Have also bought a few accessories as have my kids for Christmas gifts knowing they will get good use as both my wife and I use our bikes on a regular basis and take them with us on vacations.

Bicycle Cove has a great selection of bikes as well as an excellent variety of biking accessories. The employees are well versed in their products and provide meaningful information based on their experience as bikers. My wife and I are relatively new to the area, but I can’t see me going anywhere else!
