I recently bought an emtb in Germany and it needed a proper setup and some tweaks to brakes etc. I received incredible service from the Ciaran and the lads in Gary’s Cycles. They went way above and beyond to sort out a fairly laborious and tricky problem. They spent so much time making sure it was absolutely perfect. They are a truly professional outfit! I highly recommend them for sales or service.

I had an excellent experience. Huge amounts of dedicated customer service in store time was given to me to ensure that I ended up with the right bike for me. I’m not a ‘techie’ cyclist so it was great to have all of the guidance and knowledge from Peter.
My bike arrived quickly and I received a great deal more great customer service whilst collecting the bike. Lot’s of attention to the detail of the bike fit to make sure that it was absolutely perfect for me.

Ordered one of your products on a Monday mid afternoon, the price was fantastic compared to others I had looked at, within an hour I had received an email to say it had been posted and was given all the info and a tracking number and I received the parcel the following morning!
