Great aftercare with Trek. Alex and the team at St Albans are very knowledable and personable; you feel your custom is valued, they always have time for you regardless of how busy they are and, unlike other cycle stores I know, they don't look down on you or pressurise you into a sale. There's a team vibe that doesn't always exist when i go into cycle stores

I travel some distance to bring my bikes to Bay Cycles for servicing. The reason for this is that I am grateful for the great care and attention given at all times. On this occasion there were several issues of which I was not aware, which could have been potentially dangerous.
Putting these right involved a lot of work to find me the best option. As ever, I trust Bay Cycles for their workmanmship and general professionalism.
