I bought a new ebike recently. The guys were really helpful with navigating the cycle to work scheme and really knowledgeable about the products they sell. Spent a good deal of time with me explaining everything on thr bike when I picked it up, which was great. Even helped me get it loaded into the back of the car (next job, towbar bike rack!)

Had the product in stock - really happy as I need it to maintain my bikes.
I have interacted with 3 of the staff members on 3 visits to the store. All lovely, serviced and repaired a kids bike for me. Also bought a bike helmet for my son while I was in and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be back.
