Knowledgeable and friendly staff, lifetime tuneups on bicycle purchases, addition support regarding street rides and resale values. I’m a long time customer and fan and I’ve sent friends and family members there to make their purchases. My son and I purchased our Trek Domane’s there in 2021.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. It was as important to them that I be happy with my new bike, and that it fit me properly, as I was. Everyone I dealt with in sales and service were amazing. It isn’t the closest bike shop to me, but it’s worth the trip.

I have been a customer for 10 years now. I like the attitude and competence of the service staff, and the friendliness of the sales staff. Also, I love the Domane I purchased at a great price. I get frustrated sometimes, though, by the long wait times for service (yes, I know it's better for my favorite shop to have a good backlog) and the habit of quoting several days for service then finding out from the service team they can do it much sooner. (I don't mind the sooner, but the longer is discouraging and off-putting).

This is the best bike shop. They are always friendly and very helpful. Their servince is terrific. I live about 45 minutes away, but I happily drive pas many bike shops to work with Atlanata Cycling.
There is an Atlanta Cycling shop closer to me, but I get better service in Roswell.
