I was in your store the first time yesterday bringing my grandson and his bike. You fixed a flat tire. The employee who helped us was nice and accommodating. He even offered my grandson (12) some advice, Then, we went back today with my daughter so she could get a bike rack on her car. Again, everyone iwas personable and professional at the same time. We will be back.

Steven your bike tech is always willing to answer any questions you may have and go to great lengths to help you understand the answer. The sales staff has always been willing to help with my needs. This is why I've purchased two treks in the last year.

My bike rode better after Trek's Pro Tuneup than it did when I first bought it! It's not cheap but well worth the expense.
