I just needed minor parts installed but having someone who actually knew what they were doing was nice. I came in early on a Saturday and was out in about 30 mins. The tech who did the work was very pleasant and quick. I think the cost was reasonable, I'll be back.

Heather was our sales rep, her listening skills and knowledge of your products helped us to determine the right e-bikes to purchase. The service tech went through the operation and care of each bike with us, as well. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns. Looking forward to our outdoor experiences and future visits @ Trek of Chattanooga. Sorry, I didn’t remember the tech’s name, but he was really professional.

I was on a several week visit from another state. I found customer service was top notch. Greeted at the door and on three separate visits had three different staff willing to work with me to solve various bike issues I was having on a bike I didn't even purchase from them.
