I love my new trek fx2, the construction and design are great. This bike far exceeds my expectations, the ride is the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced on a bicycle. I would highly recommend this bike if you are looking for a comfortable and reliable bike to just ride around town or on country roads.

I am excited to use my Trek bike. Mary H. was awesome! She asked and remembered mine and my wife’s name. She is the reason I bought my bike. Also, the color bike I wanted was in a box, and the service guy put it together in less than an hour. It was worth the hour and a half drive.
After almost 4 years of avid use my Trek Rail developed an intermittent electrical issue. Chris took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. He was honest and kept me informed during the repair process. Thanks!

You had the wheels in stock that I wanted. When I purchased them online, you called me and helped me get them put on quickly. I was very grateful for the service. None of my local shops had the wheels - so I drove from Columbia to Greenville to get them put on. Also, I was really grateful for the support during our Alzheimers ride across SC last weekend. Thank you for supporting such a great cause.
The staff listened to what I wanted, answered questions, addressed concerns, and were quick to offer test rides over several visits. The bike I ended up buying was one they suggested that outperformed other options but was on sale for about 30% less. I also feel like they will support the sale for years to come, in any way necessary.
