We should exercise to remain healthy and Silver Sneakers is a very good start. However, it would be good to have it available at least four days a week by more than 2 instructors.

I like the South Tampa Y due to the longer hours that the lap pool is open everyday, especially on the weekend. I am a member at Bob Gilbertson Y because it is much closer to me. However, the pool hours are not always convenient and they close early on weekends. I don't mind driving to South Tampa.
It is clean large beautiful and fully staffed.
The coaches (parents) were fabulous and the location was ok. Would do it again. My kids had a blast.

This place is a hidden gem! Gorgeous campus, wide variety of classes, excellent equipment and trainers....and, now, Tai Chi! Yay
The facilities at Roger's Park were great! It was so cool for the kids to have their own dedicated clubhouse and course. My son really enjoyed the camp and the coaches were great! Everything felt safe and very organized. 10/10
