Gym is adequately equipped and well maintained. Environment is kept clean and organized. Customer service appears polite, courteous and professional. There is no apparent upselling of available services and activities. Staff is available, accessible and attentive in work out areas. While the environment is typically calm and quiet for a gym, it can get loud on the basketball courts during events involving adults and or children though these activities appear well organized and the sound when especially exuberant is manageable by simple ear plugs. Activities involving minor children appears well managed and supervised. Ample onsite parking options are available.
Great staff, clean public areas & good exercise equipment operation
Your people there and the members, who use this location, have been very kind to my husband who is 90 and not as agile as he was a few years ago.
Your machines are made so that someone who is not young and agile can still use them and be blessed with better health.
I too am a member but do not go because I am not an exercise person.
The people there are very nice to me also, and would be glad for me to come at any time.
All in all, the facility is clean and the equipment in good working order.
Best of all is the smiling faces of those who greet us at the front desk.

Great instructors very clean workout places
The classes are excellent with a wide varity of choices, some targeted to the needs of age specific groups, some encompassing all age groups . The Trainers are patient and focused on the needs of their clients.
You could walk into the building and ask a question at the front desk and be imediately satisfied with the answer from any of the employees there.
