There are many good classes with knowledgeable instructors. Many other benefits than exercise classes. Book Club, Movies, MahJongg classes, pickleball. Plus all of the exercise equipment with instructors who will show you how to use everything.

I am a new member and I Love the workout area with the weights and the stretch ribbons and other materials Always freindly greeting when I arrive Looking forward to signing up with a trainer for individual exercise

I love the early morning classes and the instructors at Northwest, though the music is often too loud. Also, I would love to see a 30 minute Body Attack class added to the schedule. It's been years since this class was available (I used to take it at Bob Sierra.) Thank you.

The staff at the Y are friendly, caring and professional. The Y is clean and well maintained. I love working out with Jodi who pushes me while keeping me safe.

Easy access, friendly place, good programs for seniors, safe & people to help. I would like to see more handicapped parking.
