I truly enjoy this location and the sense of community that it provides - right by downtown and the Riverwalk; The staff is truly AWESOME and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that is displayed. I wish I would have started coming to this location a long time ago - my 9 year old son had a blast with Basketball camp and loves the other programs available.

I’ve really enjoyed our time there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swim classes for my son were excellent. He loves the stay and play. Credit to the staff. The workout area is clean and in order. The pool is clean and the kids are great. They have a tough job. The only thing Inwoild say that could use improvement would be the shower stalls. I think they could be better maintained and cleaner.
It's always flowing with different activities, people and friendliness everywhere. Staff is amazing 😍

The staff is amazing. They are quick to accommodate any need. Shout out to Athena and Michael and the cancer survivor class!
The locker room is sufficient for heavy traffic days which is really nice. If I could critique anything, a bit more cleaning would help. We use the gym to walk and work out along the padded walls and they usually have trash and hair/dust balls along the wall. The showers could use a touch up by 11 am. The floors are usually full of hair and now that there is no paper towel dispenser there is no way to avoid it.
New management has really improved the New Tampa Y! There is a trainer named Mike who regularly works in the area with the weights, treadmills and other machines. He has really shaped up that area. He is so conscientious I've seen him actually cleaning the equipment when he has time. No more workers immobilized in their chair staring at their cell phones instead of making sure everyone is safe. To point, they are no longer allowing unsupervised children to put themselves in danger using treadmills and other machines they are not trained to use safely. Big relief for the rest of us..

Excellent program
With two children, the Summer Camp is exceptional! The counselors are consistently great at their jobs and deal with even the most difficult children calmly and professionally. Also, Parent's Night Out is wonderful. We rarely get a break and PNO allows us just that. Plus, Kid's Day Out are a hit with our kids. They love it! And it is so helpful when we have something on our schedule that cannot be changed.
Every person I have interacted with at Campo Y has been incredibly polite, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I have loved living the the Bloomingdale community for over ten years. It's a wonderful community. And Campo Y enhances our community immeasurably.
My son loved it! They care about the kids, are responsive to questions and concerns from parents, and make the camp a special place. Extra shout out to Armani!!!
