We love the soccer program at the Bob Sierra Youth and Family Center!! We love the community we've created here and we love Josh who runs it! He has really made it organized and easy to coordinate for the parents. Also he knows all of the kiddos and parents and is so good with them. He promotes good sportsmanship with the players and really helps everyone have fun and stay connected! We are so appreciative of this fun and learning sport atmosphere that has been created here.
Armani is such patient coach. He finds a way to coach each participant at their level for continued skill development. Wish CC had soccer and/or flag football!

Dylan did a great job organizing the past 2 seasons with very good communication and support the entire time. It was nice to see him participating in every aspect of the past 2 seasons, whether it be refereeing, scoreboard, draft coordination, helping parents, and even playing in the adult league. He is a great representation of the YMCA, and I hope they continue to help him grow with the organization.

1st year playing soccer and all the coaches and staff made it fun for the 3-5 age group.
It a great family atmosphere. All the staff are very nice and professional.
Good selection of equipment. Generally not crowded in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon hours.
Wasn't too much of a time committment and my daughter really enjoyed learning volleyball from the coach and had a fun season
Communication from the Y is spot on. Zack Murphy is prompt in his responses and always willing to help.
Coach Dan is just awesome with the kids that are learning and not perfect. We come to the Y for recreation and fun sports. Not high pressure intense club athletics where only a few get to play. Sooo appreciative. Thanks!

Great teaching environments for all levels. Team was so supportive of each other and built relationships on and off the court. Everyone felt part of the team.
I think it's a very solid program and a great environment for the kids. I actually got to help with coaching this season and I thought it was an awesome experience! I think the priorities are focused in the right areas in terms of helping the kids grow and develop their skills. I think overall the league has great refs and all the coaches really work together to put the kids' best interests forward. I think it's a highly competitive yet safe environment and very grateful to be a part of it.
We have had the most positive experience with Basketball at the Bob Gilbertson YMCA. The coaches really care, and it shows.
